UNLV NURSING FALL 2020 COHORT

Hey guys! I noticed there's no forums on unlv nursing for fall 2020 cohort. Wondering where we all stand for this application cycle so we can all get an idea of the points applying. I stand at a 96.5. I am hoping that is good enough because I was told it's gotten more competitive lately. If you post, please post your points as well or your predicted points just so we all have an idea ? good luck to everyone and stay safe out there!

Did you count Chemistry in the attempts? @maesli

@Momnurse2be4kids not in the attempts, but in the grades I did, yes. It is on the worksheet--follow as instructed.

I did. I just wanted to make sure. Other students in the past said Chemistry 108 has attempt points ? @maesli

Ugh, I'm worried. I'm applying with a 92.44 overall score. Got A's in all pre-reqs except NURS 299 (B) and an 86 on my HESI A2 exam. I hope it's enough to get accepted into the program.

I'm new to this site, so I'm hoping that I'm replying to the correct post LOL. I'm applying for the fall 2020 at UNLV. You have a better score than me! I have a 92.37. I heard they added more spots, but I'm not sure how many there are. Your score is really good! Good luck!

Can someone explain to me how the online signing session works? Is the official transcript required for everyone or for just those who are contacted by an advisor? Also, do I have the entire day to submit documents? Sorry about the questions! Thank you in advance.

Hey! So they basically send you documents that you need to fill out and then email back by a certain time that day. My cutoff time was 3pm but IDK if that’s going to be the cutoff time across the board. As far as I know about the transcripts I believe it’s only necessary if a counselor has reached out to you but if you aren’t sure, definitely email someone and double check!

My signing session is scheduled for tomorrow, and I still have not received any emails from an advisor. When did you guys get an email?
