Hey guys! I noticed there's no forums on unlv nursing for fall 2020 cohort. Wondering where we all stand for this application cycle so we can all get an idea of the points applying. I stand at a 96.5. I am hoping that is good enough because I was told it's gotten more competitive lately. If you post, please post your points as well or your predicted points just so we all have an idea ? good luck to everyone and stay safe out there!

July 16th! 94 is a really good. I’m sure you’ll get in with those points, I wouldn’t even stress taking the exam again.

But I heard there are a lot of people applying, so I just want to make sure it is a solid score. It doesn't hurt to take it again, so I'm going to exhaust my options. Did you calculate chem in your attempt points? Have you ever applied before? @unlvnursinghopeful22

The cutoff for signing session appointments its the end of July now, right?

Yes, July 31st is the cutoff date. They extended it. @Sabrina Adamson

That’s true, I heard fall always has a lot of applications! I hope we all get in. No, I didn’t calculate attempt points for chem 108. This is my first time applying! How about you?

Hi! I plan to apply for this upcoming fall. Can someone assist me in checking if I calculated my points correctly?

These are my stats (All of my class grades were achieved within 1 attempt + I also have the 0.5 rebel recognition points):

KIN 224: A KIN 223: A- BIOL 251: B

CHEM 108: B NURS 299: A MATH 120: A

HESI A2

Reading Comprehension: 88%

Grammar: 92%

A&P: 100%

Math: 100%

Cumulative HESI A2 Score: 95%

I calculated a total of 94.728 points. If this is correct, do you think it's possible that I'll get into the program?

I retook my HESI and I'm applying with 95.42. I think our scores are good enough @onionpancake
