So I'm going to try this whole process over again, as a repeat offender...I mean applicant for UW's BSN program 2014. I applied last year, made it through the proctored essay portion but was not accepted. After nursing (haha) my wounds w/ large amounts of ice cream, chocolate & such, I've recently found my mojo to try again. Anyone else re-applying or 1st time applying for 2014? I know it's extremely early in the game, but those deadlines come up faster than you think! I've saved all the tips applicants that have applied more than once and hope that 2nd time is the charm.

Congratulation guys! You guys all worked hard for that spot! I finally got mines, I got two rejections letter today, from UW and WSU. Hopefully everyone else will get in!

Yeah I did. I might get accepted in some adn programs and I'll probably just do a RN to BSN route. Everything happens for a reason. I'm upset but it's alright. I know I'll be a nurse some way some how. Good luck guys :)
hudabeele i'm happy for you. Kristen and Tracy i'm so sorry, I know how you are feeling.. double the feeling in a row haha, BUT keep at it!!, you will definitely get accepted. I agree, you will definitely be a nurse some way some how, keep that positive attitude =)
Hey guys, I'm Clare Joy. I've been reading through this thread since January, without an account on here. I just got my acceptance letter today! I'm a sophomore, and so far none of my friends have gotten in:( so I'm popping in to connect with some future classmates? Yea! Haha, facebook anybody?
Kristen and Tracy I also know exactly how you feel. I was rejected from 4 other schools, including my UW rejection last year. It sucks but there's nothing wrong with reapplying next year armed with the knowledge of what to expect. Either way you'll make great nurses I am sure. Totally worth the wait, difficult as it may be.

My Uncle who I live with just so happens to be at a million meetings tonight, and I am not from the area so I dont have any friends or family to check my mail box!! As soon as my Uncle gets home he will either bring it to me at the hospital or open it.
