University of Washington DNP applicants

I am a recent grad from Duke University ABSN and am applying to the University of Washington DNP - FNP program. I was just curious if there is anyone else out there that also applied to the Fall 2014 start DNP program at UW.

It would be nice to discuss the process together. :-)

I too have applied to the UW DNP-PNP program for Fall of 2014! I've been anxiously checking my e-mail since the application closed in Jan! Thanks for posting this! I was so excited to find this topic!

Im over in Tacoma now, and I too really love the Washington area, Seattle is the best city! So much to do and the food is fantastic! Good luck to you all, I hope to see you in September!

I have been checking my email several times a day...I know we won't find out until the end of the month but I can't help it, I just want to know! Hope you all are able to remain anxiety-free for the next few weeks!

Hi all, just curious if anyone knows how we find out if we are accepted/rejected...email or snail mail? I'm going out of town for spring break, so I may not immediately find out if they do indeed send out letters. Just wish they could let us know already! :)

You'll get it by snail mail first, I know for certain because I just got my acceptance letter today!!!!!! Hope to see you guys in the fall!!!! Best of luckkkk!!!!! :)

WAY TO GO! Big congrats to you LFroling! Hopefully that means the rest of us will be hearing soon. I live in Spokane, so mail will take a couple more days to get to me, assuming they sent all the letters out at the same time. Hope to see you in Seattle!

Congrats to those who were accepted!!! Does anyone know if there is a way to see the decision online? Of course I go on vacation when they mail out decisions :)

DukeRN87, I was wondering the same thing! I didn't get anything in the mail today from UW, and I'm leaving for vacation later today. I guess we might just have to wait. I wonder why they don't send out emails?

Yay! Looks like I'll be seeing you in the Fall LFroling!! You all should've gotten your letters by now if it made it here to Hawaii. Good Luck to those still waiting and Congrats to those who have been accepted. Excited to meet you all in September. By the way...it comes in a SMALL envelope
