University of Tulsa Nurse Anesthetist Program

Published

Good news for the people in Oklahoma. The University of Tulsa is up for initial accreditation from the Council on Accreditation for the Fall of 2016. Hopefully all goes well and we will finally have a CRNA program in the state of Oklahoma.

@Updateurwhiteboard I have a friend who is in the program and she told me.

I not sure if all interview invites have gone out, but I know a few people who have received rejection letters already.

Hi all,

I too have applied to this program, and recently received an invitation for an interview.

I also have an interview.

@lollyabats Are you willing to provide more info on interview style? Assist with prep for interview?

Thanks!

I received an invitation to interview as well! Since I’m new to this site it will not let me PM anyone. @lollyabats Is there anyway you could PM me for advice on what to expect for the interview? Any help is appreciated!

@lollyabats hello, I wanted to see if you would be willing to answer some questions for me about TU also. Since it’s a newer program it is difficult to find personable resources

I'm currently in the program as well so if anyone have questions, I will gladly try to answer them to the best of my knowledge

Hi,

How many were excepted? Is it a diverse group?

Was this your first choice and first interview? How long after did you get notified that you were in?

any tips?

Thanks in advance for sharing.

Rejection letters? As in they have already interviewed? Or just that they will not be considered for an interview?

thanks for replying.. ?

I think acceptance letters or rejection letters will go out all at once after everyone has been interviewed. People have been notified if their applications weren’t considered for an interview.

@TruTexan it way my first and only application. It’s a very diverse cohort. It took  about a week and a half after the last interview to send out acceptance letters.
