Hi,
I am planning to apply to the 2014 AE MSN program, at UT Austin, in August. I noticed that this site has A LOT of helpful feedback. Does anyone have any suggestions for the best preparations when applying to these competitive programs? My GPA is a 3.6, I have a BS in Health Science, I have worked in health care administration for 14 years and I am ready for a change. I just want to feel confident about my application and would appreciate any advice.
Thank you
Congratulations to everyone!!! How exciting! I'm waiting to hear back from holistic adult health... hopefully I will hear something soon. Crossing my fingers!!
Natavid, sorry for the late reply, but both Rush & UT's MSN programs seem very good, however I would love to stay in Texas. So I guess I just have to wait and see!
Congrats to everyone that has been accepted so far!
I have setup a FB group for the 2014 incoming class. So far it's just myself and another (both on CNS track) who deferred from last year (I'm aware of at least one other whom I haven't been in touch with yet). It's a closed group, and all that one needs to do is click Join I believe.
Here's the link:
Hi everyone,
I am new to this feed. I have been accepted to the Holistic Adult Health with a role speciality in Teaching. Congrats to everyone who has been accepted, and good luck to those still waiting to get an answer! I'm sure you will all hear answers soon. Atxmitch, I am going to join the facebook group. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone in the summer!

Email came in around 1:30pm. The first word in the topic is "Congratulations!" so there's little suspense once you see you've received an email. There's some instructions and a form to fill out to notify the school whether you're enrolling or not. What a crazy ride this has been! Hopefully I'll get back to a normal sleeping pattern again
