Hey everyone, I just thought I would start a thread on the USF 2024 DNAP admissions. As the priority deadline of August 15th is approaching fast, I would love to hear from others.

I took the GRE and got 271 

Anyone that had a lowers score and was considered?!

You need a minimum score of 292 to apply according to the admission counselor.

The waitlist was already made. They sent us an email last month.

As they said they received an email saying it has a month ago. I've been waiting to hear as well and have not heard about a waitlist not being rejected thus far...

Not sure if a rejection comes later or what but I also asked previously if anyone has heard back that's on the waitlist and no one has responded.

 I'm new to this site. Quick question, I'm planning to apply in either '26 or '27. But I have yet to take Chemistry. Which courses should I expect to take? I've heard various things from just General Chemistry to Organic Chemistry. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Any chem will be fine gen chem or above just make sure whatever you choose you do well in is all.

I applied and have been waiting a few months to hear back.
I haven't received a rejection or heard if I'm on a waitlist even though they have said one is made.

Wondering if anyone is in the same boat?

I saw another person post about this prior, but I figured I'd post since it has been a while.

You should've received some form of communications regardless of whether it was good or bad, not hearing anything means something is missing. You still have a couple weeks if you want a shot at this application cycle so make sure that all your application materials are actually submitted and went through, check all your junk and spam folders in case you missed an email, and send them an email. They're interviewing for waitlist only at this point, but next month the next application cycle should open if you want to apply for that one early.

Thank you. I have everything submitted and had an interview. I was just wondering if anyone at all had heard they were on the waiting list. But if they are still doing interviews I have hope they will contact me when they have completed them ??

hey, I'm assuming is too late to apply right? application deadline is 2 weeks. acceptances have already been sent out.

Hey, I'm not sure if it's too late. However, those of us who got in received an email saying the cohort is full and the waitlist has been compiled. I'd say shoot your shot, but also prep for next year's application cycle.
