Hey everyone, I just thought I would start a thread on the USF 2024 DNAP admissions. As the priority deadline of August 15th is approaching fast, I would love to hear from others.

You still have a couple weeks if you want a shot at this application cycle so make sure that all your application materials are actually submitted and went through, check all your junk and spam folders in case you missed an email, and send them an email. They're interviewing for waitlist only at this point, but next month the next application cycle should open if you want to apply for that one early.

I saw another person post about this prior, but I figured I'd post since it has been a while.

I also had an interview and waiting back. Maybe they are still doing interviews or maybe they don't send out rejections for waitlist.... Not sure

I had not heard a yes or a no until 2 days ago. I was just accepted!

Accepted for a waitlist or into the program ?

Thank you. I have everything submitted and had an interview. I was just wondering if anyone at all had heard they were on the waiting list. But if they are still doing interviews I have hope they will contact me when they have completed them ??

I think they were accepted into the program. They are ranking the waitlist and should release the results soon. Not sure if there are some spots in the cohort due to people dropping out.

Someone I know got an email they have been waitlisted but they are number 14. How high does the waitlist go ?

If I'm being honest that's pretty deep. There are 54 of us in the group page but you never know. I can't imagine it's to much bigger then that.

I got waitlisted as well.

Last year they took 10 but that's only because they had admitted 50 and decided to increase it to the 60 similar to this year.

Obviously every year can change and it depends on the status of the other students and if they get accepted to another school of their choice.

What number are you on the waitlist

I was number 10. I'm not anticipating making it off but if it's in Gods plan then that would be great.

I've already began working on my new application and taking classes for next cycle.

Hey! We actually had orientation already and registered for classes. I'm not sure if they're accepting anyone else. I would think not. I definitely would do your app for the next start!
