University of South Alabama NP Spring 2020 applicants

Updated:   Published

Hey guys!

Just wanting to see how many of you are applying to USA FNP program for next Spring? Any recent graduates or current students who can give insight on how the program is? I see mixed reviews about most schools I look into so just curious on what peoples thoughts about USA are. Does anyone know how many students they accept? Just submitted my supplementary application today so the waiting begins!

I work 3 12's at night, I'll have to schedule myself around clinical days we do self scheduling. If that's too much I'll just do Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights. See if you can switch up your days and hours.

I currently work four 10s in a non nursing job. My plan is to use PTO as needed around that. I have some saved up and by the time clinicals start I should have a large amount saved.

Anyone heard anything by chance?

Not yet. I’m hoping by the end of the month. It’s only a month past the deadline. I think it’ll be another week or two!

From what I've seen from previous posts, it was around the 5th-6th week. The wait is horrible. Lol

Yes! Next week is 5! Every time I hear an email come in my stomach drops a little haha. Do we know if they send emails or a letter in the mail?

From what I've read, they send emails first, then letter. I'm following a couple of posts so that I can see who comments first on their acceptance.

I also keep checking this page for any changes or clues....like changing of "submitted" to "denied" or "accepted"...or anything like that...idk if they will update it.
