Suspended for touching a child's head and face
As a mom and a fellow nurse I’d have to say I wouldn’t appreciate a nurse doing this to my child especially touching their face. You can always use you words, let the parents soothe their child or ask permission first. I’m sure they complained but just didn’t express it to you, if it were me I would have probably said something as it occurred but not everyone is like that. I’m not sure about your job but we have policies about this they discourage it even if permission is given because of situations like this.

VA PACT RN
That’s great! I was wondering how long it took for them to contact you with an offer after interviewing? I applied to one and I’m so nervous waiting for a call.

I work 3 12's at night, I'll have to schedule myself around clinical days we do self scheduling. If that's too much I'll just do Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights. See if you can switch up your days and hours.

ChesRN ok thanks so much for clearing that up I feel like I have to hunt for this info. Mine just moved to complete today I’m hoping and praying it moves to verify so I can do my supplemental before the 15th. I’m applying for the AGPCNP.

ChesRN when you initially missed the deadline did you have to pay to resubmit the Nursingcas application or just the supplemental?

Chamberlain FNP Summer 2019
Hi everyone, I am starting the FNP program July 2019 I live in metro Atlanta. I’m so nervous but praying for the best I kept going back and forth between the Executive Leadership program and the FNP I’m sure I drove my admissions rep crazy. I also went to Chamberlain for my BSN which was a good experience.
