Hey everyone! Just checking if anyone has applied for the second degree BSN program at University of South Alabama for Spring 2018? If so, have you received a letter yet?
Also, if anyone has previously attended this program, what should students expect?
Thanks!

I did and I still haven't heard anything. Oh the anticipation. Since you posted last month have you heard anything?
Like I said.... I just graduated from the program this past july. Your due date was july 15th so you probably won't hear anything til around October probably. If you search previous posts you can see what to expect.
I received a letter from USA stating I was accepted and admitted into the program. I called to confirm and they stated that the letter just meant that I was entering into the school as a prenursing student. The lady I talked to said the letters would go out in 3 weeks. That was 2 weeks ago. Ahhhh anticipation is real now!
I looked at some of the other posts for the same program from last year and most people heard back by September 18. I called yesterday and they said everything is in front of the committee now. Fingers crossed.
I heard the same thing too! I also asked if they still did phone interviews and she said that they have not been doing that anymore. So I guess we will just have to wait for a letter.
Have you applied to any other programs? I applied to the University of Mobile too.

My advisor told me a couple weeks ago that letters would go out at the end of last week (9/22-ish) but I have yet to receive a letter. I did, however, get a phone call this week for the phone interview portion. I was told I was accepted and she would see me in Fairhope on 1/2/18.
That's awesome! Congratulations:) I unfortunately have been having a difficult time with them, to the point that I have also applied elsewhere. I had such a hard time getting them to accept my transcript starting in April and by the end of July they claimed they had it. I received a letter from the CON saying my application was incomplete due to a missing transcript. The CON said they would still consider me even though the letter stated I would have to reapply for Fall 2018. It's been an emotional rollercoaster to say the least!
