Nursing Students Post Graduate
Published Feb 7, 2014
Hello everyone,
This thread is for the University of San Francisco Masters in Clinical Nurse Leader Program for non-nurses (Summer 2014 cohort) I didn't see one so I decided to make one. Anyone else applying?

Yes I got into the OC cohort.. I've been thinking about it and have a ton questions. Did you get in also?

Yes, I got in too! When I got the letter, I was so shocked that I got accepted but nervous at the same time. No phone call or email, just a thin packet via snail mail - more like a 3 page acceptance letter. What are your plans? Will you be accepting the spot? I have been contemplating myself but I decided to accept. I am dropping by the one stop shop soon so hopefully I can get all my questions answered

I might've met a few of you today in the LRC (if it was your cohort). A lot of you (if it was you) were doing skills check offs -- BP.
MissJules I messaged you!

@kuriin Were you one of the TAs?
Nay. I'm hoping to be a TA soon. Putting in an application. I was with a tiny Filipino girl practicing our blood draw. I just remember having to walk through many new CNLs to get to the fake arms, haha. :X
Ooh I see! I remember seeing a couple people walk in but I don't think we spoke. Good luck on the TA application! :)
Colettee...Did you receive my message? I messaged you back a while ago but didnt hear back. Did you decide to take up the offer?

Hi, I am applying for the Fall 2014 cohort in the OC. Any early comments about the area? Accessibility, housing prices? I live in Sf but decided that I wanted to start earlier so I changed my application to the OC campus.

Hi,
I am also applying to the cohort in the OC. Has anyone heard any more details about the program? I know it's supposed to mirror the SF location's program, but what about facilities, clinicals, teachers, etc....
I can't private message, so I'll be looking on here often.
Got the TA position. :-) I'll be seeing you guys in the LRC for your skills check offs!
