University of San Francisco Fall 2012

It's been a few days since the deadline for applications has passed, are there any of us here who have applied at USF for the fall of 2012?

I have to email him!!

I want to know for certain!!

Since the clinicals will begin in spring 13 ,does that mean the program goes from 3 to 3.5 years?

@ileese got it thanks! I am happy, USF was my first choice too so I'm just glad to be in :)

@ok26 Yeah, the email says it will take 7 semesters to complete. I didn't email him, it seems like an email all nursing admits get. Are you sure you didn't get it?

Yeh I had to call and email him for him to send it, or maybe he was planningon sending it today! I couldn't sleep at all last night lol. So yea it will be 3.5 yrs, but I'm going anyway because this is IT! Haha I've waited too long. You can email him and I'm sure he'll email you back!! Update us guys! :)

Congratulations to everyone who received good news! Has anyone who doesn't reside in the Bay Area received any news yet? Good or bad? I'm dying over here north of Sacramento. AH! Hahaha, once again, congratulations to everyone got accepted. Good luck with your other/future applications to anyone reading this that didn't get in.

Yes, i did get the email!!!!!

My smart phone was acting up, so when i checked via computer i had got!!

My some of my friends received the same emails as well!

@Giant Panda ( cute name btw )I hope you hear good news soon! I'm from the Bay, so maybe by the end of this week you'll hear! They don't send the packets out for us I believe because the counselor attached the packet as a PDF in our 'official acceptance email'. It's just the welcome packet you can google.Here it is:University of San Francisco (USF) guess they're being green!! EheeBest of luck to all!

@Lyricalluna: the welcome packet (PDF), and congratulations email was sent to us I think monday morning. I didn't call or email them, they sent it out on their own. Hope you hear something soon!

Kayla: I live in San Mateo.

I called the transfer center yesterday and they said my letter was mailed out on Friday. So I'm not sure what that means since I've heard postcards and emails? However, if I don't get in I just wanted to take the time to say thank you to all you ladies and congrats to those of you who have received good notice! This forum has really taken the anxiety out of applying. Good luck!

@lyricalI thought the counselor, ---- sent it because I asked, but it was actually just a coincidence! Because after I emailed him, and after I received the congrats email with the PDF ' welcome packet', he sent another email asking me if I got it!
