Hi y'all!
I applied for the USF nursing program as a transfer student for fall of 2016. I was looking at the form someone created last year of fall 2015 and it seemed to be very helpful to those who are applying and waiting for an answer, likewise as myself.
My GPA is not too high but I have tons of volunteering and work experience. I am really nervous to hear back from them.Has anyone heard back from USF already? and if so what are your stats?
Good luck to everyone! :)
I inquired about when the nursing transfers will receive a decision and at the end I put in my student number so they can give me further information about my status!
Okay! I am nervous! I am Excited to finally find out. Do you live in the Bay Area? I am trying to figure out when exactly to expect mail from them
Hi all,I emailed the admissions office and they said they made a decision for me on April 20 and I should be receiving a letter soon. Good or bad I'm excited to finally get the decision! Hang in there everybody it's coming soon!
If you don't mind me asking, what day did you finish your application? And when did they receive all your transcript and letter or Rec?
They told me they will be going through the application in the order it was submitted.
I completed my application way before it was due. I want to say around December 20ish because I was aiming for spring but my application was moved back to fall and everything was processed by January 4th. I also called the other day and they said everybody will know by May 1st and 2nd but also they will extend the deposit date and that date will be provided in the letter for admitted students. That is all the information I know at this point. If you guys have any questions just call the admissions office! They are willing to help out! Once again good luck to everybody :)

I've been in touch with the administration office as well. They said that they will only be sending the first batch of letters at the end of the month. Like I said they will notice us in the order we submitted our application. Which makes sense why you are getting the first batch of letters.

Have you heard back yet? Has anybody?
@holacat123 I talked to them on the phone today. She told me that they are running behind in the nursing program applications. The first batch of letters got sent out but she said they take about a week till it gets delivered. She also said they are going to try to send all letters by May 1st.

Thanks for the info! However what do you mean one week to deliver? Like mail time shipping or they haven't even sent them out?
