Hi AN!
Has anyone else applied for USFca BSN program for spring? Applications were due on the 15th. I'm a transfer student and know there aren't many spots but I told myself I'd apply to all programs in the area no matter what! Good luck to everyone that applied and I hope to be in the program with you!
Wow, 150 views already, and no comments! I just thought I'd start a post so we can support each other through the process. I noticed there was one for semesters past, but nothing for this upcoming semester! The told me at the tour that they had spots for people "not clinically ready" to start in spring, but I also was told by another representative that there were no open spots for clinicals to start in fall of 16...

Hey! I'm applying for the Fall of 2016! (:
Yay! Someone else!! I'm debating on applying for fall if I don't get in for spring. I'm going to apply for CSU's as well :)
Awesome! Which CSUs? Do you mind giving a bit of back ground? I was wondering what the pool for the Spring (maybe Fall) semester semester applicants are looking like :)
I'm changing careers to be a nurse, so I'm a non-traditional student. I'm thinking of applying to SJSU but it's so far of a drive I'm not too sure. I'm most likely going to apply for SFSU/Cañada's nursing program instead of SFSU. I'm finishing up my prereqs next semester.
Oops, didn't mean to hit send...my GPA isn't the greatest (~3.5/3.6 after this semester) but it looks like I'll have all A's in my science prereques, so I'm hoping that'll make up for my overall GPA :)
Letters are being sent out!! I'm hoping to connect with other students that have been accepted! Hope to see you all on campus!!

I posted in the "University of San Francisco Spring Transfer 2016" page too, but thought I'd post here as well!
I'm starting USF's BSN program this spring and clinicals spring '17. I'm from the southbay and would also love to connect!
Me too! @CAscrublife !!! Are you taking anything else other than the two nursing courses over the next two semesters?
Yes, just signed up for classes this morning! I recently made the switch to nursing after studying psychology so I still have to take the 3 science prereqs (anatomy, physio and micro.) So this semester I'm taking nurs120, rhet111, rhet250 and bio113/114. What about you?
I have a few things to take before clinicals. I'm taking RHET 111 and 206, NURS 120 and I couldn't get into the science that I need so I'm hoping to take it at a CC if they'll let me :)
