Hi all!!! I know it is early but I thought I would start this thread. Is anyone else getting their information ready and applying for Fall 2016?

However, I've been doing a lot of research on the financial aspects of different programs and was wondering if anyone has any idea as to how they are going to pay for the program should they be admitted.

Can any current/ former students speak to how helpful the financial aid people are, what scholarships are offered, etc? The huge price tag of $105,000 without living expenses is terrifying to me! Any advice would be much appreciated.

Whoa 105k is the tuition???? Geez nm... I applied but thata just ridiculous!

Hello all...I haven't checked my mail yet but I anticipate a letter with either an interview or denial today. I live in San Diego. I know they mailed letters on Tuesday Jan 5th. It has been raining/flooding in SD for three days so there may be delays on mail. Not sure.

Hello future nurses,

I wish everyone success from here on in. I received my invitation today for an interview. San Diego is such a beautiful area and ideal climate. The $100k tuition is a major obstacle for many, I am also considering ways to finance my education. I wish there was a HCA loan forgiveness type of program in California. Any and all information concerning loans and scholarships would be much appreciated from current and future contributors. Happy New year friends!

Where do you live? Are you close to the San Deigo area?

I live in Arizona and curious if there is a delay or when to possibly expect a letter!

Hi guys. I got my interview invite in the mail today!

The interview looks to be a two day process and it will be on February 18 and 19.

Re-applying to USF for the summer cohort and plan on hearing back from other schools soon.

I'm sorry to hear that. I was denied from USF also for their Spring 2016 program. If you are willing to move far, Northeastern University in Boston has a similar program has this if you want to try applying.

Congrats to those who received an interview invite!!! I'm from the Bay Area, and I haven't received anything yet. Any bay area applicants receive a letter from USD yet?

Also @Sewells09 I also applied to USF! They have the Orange County Campus now, so they're accepting more applicants. Hopefully you'll get an acceptance this time around. Good luck!!
