  1. Usually someone starts a FB group. Has anyone started that this year?
  2. Assuming there were about 125 candidates there, they probably offered 55 acceptances and the rest were waitlisted until any accepted students pass up the offer and they'll keep going from there until they get their starting class.
  3. Waitlist here too, but I got into my first choice elsewhere so maybe it might bump someone up on the list unless I'm at the absolute bottom (hopefully not).
  4. I think you can still back out of your spot but you won't get your money back. I'm waiting for the formal letter/email before putting my deposit in because I want to read any and all conditions of acceptance before sending in my deposit money.
  5. I forgot Western even had a portal since it's slightly primitive. Good news came out though, and I plan to accept. Good luck and congrats to everyone else!
  6. Not yet for me either. The email notification from this forum made me worry that someone else had heard and I didn't. Too much anxiety...
  7. I found the link to claim the account previously, but you need an ID number which I don't have. I won't worry about it now though. I just sent another email to ask for them to send me my login information, so whatever happens happens. Good luck to everyone if this is your first choice.
  8. What if you don't even have a portal? They said they'd send me my login info a couple months ago (which they didn't), but I figured why bother in case I don't get in haha.
  9. I suppose if no one from EAOD has received any emails about coming in for a secondary interview, then that must be a good sign. They have until Thursday to tell us anyway, so I'm sure they'll take their sweet time.
  10. I think there were about 20 at EAOD on the 11th.
  11. Wow, I imagined there were only 2 EAODs. I'm wondering now what percentage of those candidates they take and what's left over for the regular interviews...
  12. Fellow 11th person here. I couldn't sleep the night I got my EAOD email, so hopefully my excitement pays off. Good luck.
  13. From the January EAOD, how many applicants went to the event? It seems a little worrisome to have more than a few nearly locked into so few spots.
  14. When was that email sent out? I didn't get anything.
  15. I already said that I would attend the two day interview event at San Diego (no problem). Now, I have been invited to interview at Cal Baptist on the very same Friday and they say they won't budge on the date. Is anyone else having this dilemma?
