Starting a thread for those applying to the University of Rochester ABPNN September 2018 start date. Anyone finished their applications yet?

I'm currently taking UR's online nutrition course (just started!), but otherwise I have all the other pre-reqs done. I did most of them through the online UR course thing.

is cuny or suny nursing schools easier to get into than university of rochester?

SUNY is very competitive. Apply to one of the easier programs as a backup.

I think so. If you don't get admitted this time, boost your application for next time. Retake the prerequisites you haven't done well in them for example. Don't worry. You will be OK :) Don't give up.

Has anyone heard anything yet? anyone try calling today?

@momofone1 UR will start calling everyone by Thursday. Have you tried calling them? We're all nervous but if you meet the requirements and did your interview then they might accept you or waistlist you.

I called Nancy and she said next week they will call to let people know who got accepted or not.

@momofone1 Yea, she said next week you can even call her. I wish they could contact people soon so we can all plan ahead before the semester starts.
