Thought I'd start a thread for those applying to the U of R ABPNN/AMPNN programs for the May 2014 start. I went to undergrad nearby and had a wonderful experience volunteering at Strong and U of R is my first choice school for sure. I'm hoping to get accepted to the psychiatric speciality of the AMPNN program. Who else is applying?

I'm going up this weekend to look at some rooms...all in houses in the 'white coat' neighborhood right by the school. I've had a dreadful commute to work for the past 2 years so I'm looking forward to being walking distance from the school if I find a place!

Yeah I wish I was I was closer but my significant other owns some apartment buildings so it wouldn't make sense for me to pay rent elsewhere. Walking distance would be amazing.

being in walking distance is definitely what I want too as I am not planning on having a car. I'm looking into Goler House which is part of UR's Graduate Housing and it's only a 7-8 min walk from Helen Wood Hall
