University of Pennsylvania (Penn) MSN - Summer 2026

Hi everyone,

I wanted to start a thread for those applying to UPenn's MSN programs. I applied to the WHNP program (full-time, Summer 2026 start). From what I understand, we won't hear back until February, which is totally fine. I know the waiting can be tough!

I'd love to hear what programs you're applying to as well. God's blessings to everyone during the process. If it's meant for you, you'll get in!

Best of luck to you as well (if you haven't gotten your admission offer yet)!  Off the top of your head do you know if they're going through the Summer applications first before the Fall ones?

Haha, I believe decisions come out in February since I applied for the full-time program and not part time! I'm not sure how the committee prioritizes reviewing applications, but here is the link of times when decisions come out!

Congratulations on applying to the midwifery program. I applied to the WHNP. Did you have an interview yet?

I have not and I thought they said interviews would happen late November or early December so I was wondering if anyone else out there had heard anything.

Applied to PNP-PC full time, but if decisions are released late February for full-time, my guess (based on what I've read from past forums) will that there'll be even more interviews come January across all programs.  Probably due to holiday season and overall volume of apps since there's a ton of specialties they offer.

I was told not everyone gets interviews. I know specialties like Psych and Adult Gerontology do interviews but Im not sure about everyone else.
