Hi everyone,

I wanted to start a thread for those applying to UPenn's MSN programs. I applied to the WHNP program (full-time, Summer 2026 start). From what I understand, we won't hear back until February, which is totally fine. I know the waiting can be tough!

I'd love to hear what programs you're applying to as well. God's blessings to everyone during the process. If it's meant for you, you'll get in!

It's still showing incomplete and that they're missing the transcript. It's a shame because I applied well before the application deadline and emailed them the transcript as well. It sucks that they haven't responded to my multiple emails, never answer the phone, and there isn't even an option for me to upload the transcript on the application page.

I emailed them and they got back to me within 15 minutes.. what's the email you're sending your questions to?

maybe because you reached them out on a Sunday? they usually don't reply to my emails on weekends

I wish that was the case. It's been over a week. I've send a follow up email as well. At this point, I'm writing it off as a lost cause. I'm a firm believer that what's meant to be for me will be meant to be. I'm wishing everyone here all the luck for getting in!

Are you sure you cant upload it to the application page? I just looked on my portal and there is a place to upload materials.

Yes. Only option was to upload RN license. No option for transcript upload. However, they responded back to my initial email today so if anyone is in the same boat, it took over a week. I feel like they must be super backed up with everything right now. Now it will be a long wait till February!

Im glad they responded. I know that was overwhelming to wait. But now we wait till February. What specialty you applied to?

I just received an email from the Adult Gerontology Primary Care program director for a video interview for tomorrow afternoon. Super nervous! I did not think there would be a personal interview as well.

Yes they do personal interview. I believe its a good thing. Go ahead and knock it out. You will do great!

thats great to hear!! do you know if everyone gets an interview (within the same specialty)?
