  1. The advisor, from what I understand, is the program/track director for your specialty. There are exceptions of course, but usually they will be who you would go to in order to have registration holds removed. On that note, it stated in the mass email that advanced registration opens up March 23!
  2. Wanted to put here that class registration info was emailed out yesterday through one's respective Penn email. From my end, you are able to meet via Teams or in person.
  3. I only got 8,400. And it's throughout all semesters? Or is 8,400 per semester? Either way, going to do what I can to get other scholarships throughout my time in the program ?.
  4. Appreciate you as always SamIAm26. As I've always stated, you are very well deserving of your admission. Also, I'm BSN-DNP, so that very well could be why nothing has come out yet (unless I'm misunderstanding the previous messages), so I'm not even sure if PLAN applies to me. Because you can earn admission without being in PLAN correct?
  5. Been a while since I've been on here, but congratulations to those who have made progress in attending Columbia! As for myself, well mine still says awaiting decision..........................Didn't apply to PLAN, so at least that's one less thing to be looking out for. In any case, I can't believe that there will be even more schools added to the "we released our decisions before Columbia" list LOL
  6. Gotcha. Well first off Congrats! Now I wonder if it was sent out all at once or if they are doing it one at a time. Because I didn't get a rejection email for it thus far.
  7. Where does one go to check? Or do they email you with the result? Trying to search for the rejection/acceptance as we speak.
  8. I didn't even think about the loan/grant situation. But furthermore on the timeline, if they would just be upfront and say not until February the earliest, I'd be OK with that. Still waiting on UCLA and UVA from my end, but they clearly communicated that decisions go out March.
  9. Oh it's less about whether I'm rejected, waitlisted, or accepted haha. Moreso just the delay and how 1) Many other programs starting in the Fall have released all their decisions and 2) They stated on the website how folks would hear back in January.
  10. Just checked my portal. Still nothing aka "awaiting decision" for my FNP DNP ?
  11. Wait as in exactly one week from today? Or did you mean as in "last week of February, so an update has to come out by then.”?
  12. Congratulations! One question and that's if your portal ever changed from "Awaiting Decision" to "Decided". Mine still says awaiting. I'm also a BSN-DNP FNP applicant who applied for priority decision.
  13. As far as I know, you shouldn't have to put in the deposit early since Lauder decisions will also play a part in whether people choose to stay full-time or try to see if their program will allow a switch to part-time study if they are not selected. Also, the wait is getting to me too haha. But then I remember to remind myself that this wait is nothing compared to the fiasco that is going on with Columbia admissions decisions' timeline LOL.
  14. From what I remember during the open house, Antoinette Oteri (direct of nursing financial aid) said it's usually by email around this time of late February. As for whether she meant the email used during the application or your Penn email, that I'm not sure of.
