University Of North Georgia Fall 2016/Spring 2017

Published

I haven't seen a group for the upcoming Fall 2016 - Spring 2017 applicants for UNG. I know they have over 650 that applied this coming up year. Does anyone have any information they might want to share? HESI scores and GPA?

The nursing department Facebook just posted that we wouldn't hear until mid-March.

I wonder if they are waiting until the ones in the nursing class take the drug calculation test first?? That might rule out a few people as well...

What Facebook page are you looking at?

The last thing I see on the UNG Facebook is about the upcoming advisement in March..where do you see we wouldn't hear until Mid March?

Yeah I don't see that either! And last year that posted something saying that but sent emails out at the end of February!

I just sent them a message on Facebook..this is what they said:

Can you tell me when the official email will be sent out for acceptance into the upcoming program?

We will email all applicant through their UNG email in mid-March. Hopefully sooner. Please watch your email closely.

It was a reply to me and another person asking about dates. Actually it's also in a reply to the advisement dates as well.

I am literally going crazy waiting... Did anyone else receive the email stating that if you aren't a current UNG student then you don't attend the March advisement. If we are going to the start in the summer, do you think we attend the March advisement?

I think this advisement is just for the ones who have more classes to take. I got that email too. If we are not accepted for fall or spring I guess there is really no need to be advised. That email was a little unclear. Are you already taking classes at UNG?

You sound like me..I check my email 20 times a day. I hate this waiting!!!

I attended a session last semester, and all they do is look at your transcript and tell you what you should sign up for... Pretty straight forward which is why I am not attending another one

Yeah I did too. Same thing for me. I know what I need to take so I will skip it as well.
