Hey guys! I know it's early but I thought I would start this. Has anyone applied to this program yet?

I received the “UM nursing application under review” email on Wednesday ? They said I should receive a decision within the next 3 weeks so fingers crossed ?? ??

I got one on Wednesday that said "UM nursing application ready review" instead of "under." Did you get the ready for review one first? Did they specifically say 3 weeks in yours?

I didn’t receive one that said “ready review.” In the email I received, it just said that the admissions committee was reviewing my application and I could have a decision as early as 2-3 weeks.

Hi, I did not receive the "UM Nursing application ready review". What did that one say? The email that is "under review" is the last one you will receive before your decision.

Oops I meant ready for review LOL. It said that my app was processed and ready to be reviewed, and basically just said I'll get more info as it becomes available, and how it's a holistic rolling admissions process so they can't give a specific timeline yet. Also mentioned how my portal might still say "incomplete" but it actually changed to "complete" a few days after the email. However, I didn't apply until January 15th and got the "application received" email on the 21st before this "ready for review" one on the 28th!!

Ohhhh OK. I actually received that email before the application received email. Mine was titled “UM nursing application update,” but it contained the same information that you just mentioned. The next email you should get is the “UM nursing application under review” email. That’s when they give you the timeline ?

I see good to know! At first I thought my email was the under review one but looks like I might have to wait some more!

Your email should be coming soon. I applied on 01/08 and I received the under review email this week.

Hi everyone, 

How do you see the application status? I see some of you are saying “complete” “incomplete” etc.. where I check my application status on cancelink, I only see “applicant”

OK, once you log in to canelink....do the following:

1) at the very top left hand corner...you will see 2 options......"favorites" and "main menu".....right click on "main menu", then you will see a list of options...

2) Click on the option that says "self service"

3) Then you will see another list, click on the option that says "student admission"

4) Then you see the option "application status"....click on that. That page will tell you the program you applied to and if the app is complete or not.
