Anyone else considering University of Miami for Fall 2011? Just got back from my interview... Thinking positive all the way, and hoping to attend there in August!

I have been accepted and didn't interview anywhere else. It is pricey but Jackson is a great clinical site. Hope you get accepted. Good luck.
Congratulations RNByDesign!!! When did you interview and receive your acceptance letter? Hoping to hear about the last few seats left for acceptance in the Fall...

I was at the march 28th interview at miami also. Haven't heard anything. How about you?
Just checked UM web site and I was declined. Good luck to you Jojieblue!
sorry to hear that somehef... did you apply any place else? keep your eyes on the prize - it will of happen. i just checked the um website also and it didn't tell me anything. in fact, it showed that i was still missing my official transcripts. it has been like that for over a month now, even though my application package is complete. (?)... maybe 'no decline' news is hopeful news (?)... i spoke to (moderator edit of name - please do not post names of individuals in your program per tos) last friday. he said letters should be received by end of this week. good luck with your endeavors!!! :-)
They called me -3 weeks after the i-view, but some people just received acceptance letters. Dont give up until you see that letter..

Congrats to you all!!! I am a new grad (ASN) and am already planning for the future. In your opinion is the selection process very competitive? I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to take a few classes over to boost my gpa. Didn't do too well in undergrad. What kind of things do you think made your application stronger? What kind of questions did that ask which let you know what kind of applicant they are looking for? Any advise is greatly appreciated!
