University of Miami CRNA Program- Spring 2024

Hello guys! I haven't been able to find a forum for this upcoming cohort. I just finished submitting my application a few days ago and just recently received my canelink credentials. How's everyone else rolling along?

My interview honestly wasn't bad, I was way more nervous and over prepared than I needed to be! Although I'm not sure if it depends on the interviewers. Mine were very nice and made me feel comfortable. They can bring up anything you mention on your resume (like job duties, etc). Think about the sickest patient you took care of and what meds they were on, know the meds front and back. Also know the patho as well and any devices they might have been on. They only asked me about fentanyl and cisatracurium and the patho of the disease I mentioned. I hope this helps! Good luck!

Did anyone else who hasn't gotten an interview invite yet, receive an email this morning saying

"Hi all, 

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We are in the last stretch of the interview season for the Spring 2024 CRNA program and would like to plan accordingly.”  etc

Good Luck with your interview tomorrow!! I will decline my offer with UM because I got accepted to 3 other programs. So hopefully you will get my spot.

I'm sure! If they had so many applications and only a set number of seats, people are definitely getting declined. The majority of applicants are probably not on this site
