  1. I feel like the first trimester is overwhelming, for me anyway. It sometimes feels unrealistic to master the material in the little time we have but with good time management it is doable. I'm still trying to find my groove of things and it's 6 weeks in. My advice would be to figure the type of student you are before starting the program. Figure out how will organize studying and assignments for each class in the first week and knowing when everything is due. It will save you a lot of stress and time later.
  2. Hey, congrats on your upcoming move interview. I am in the current cohort that started in January. Be sure to brush up on cellular level anatomy and physiology. They will ask about multiple systems such as partial pressure, v/q mismatch, gas exchange, receptors, kidney, heart, lung, liver, etc. They will also ask some math questions. I think you'll do great.
  3. I sent you an email I got accepted! They called me last night at 8:45!! My interview was the day before. It was very intense and I thought I bombed it
  4. @Bella858 I submitted my application about 2 weeks ago. I received an interview notification 4 days ago and my interview in Nov 13th.
  5. @NurseRJICU I haven't heard of them filling the next cohort before finishing another.
  6. How was the interview, class size, how are liking the program, and do you live locally? Sorry for all the questions LOL
  7. @EverBlessed Oh wow. I'm at Doane University. It just started yesterday. You could try Portage Learning Academy, they're self-paced and you can get done with their class in as little as 21 days. I'm not the type of student that can be success doing this, so that's the reason I chose Doane.
  8. Yes done with everything except working on my last chemistry course now. I'll be done in October and I plan on letting them know I'll be done two to three weeks before the class ends. They told me last year they filled their last spot on Oct. 15th. What about you?
  9. Hello! I'm applying for the upcoming January 2024 start date! I would love to get more information and hear the journey of other nurses!
  10. The waiting is killing me!! Shouldn't we hear back today??
