University of Miami Accelerated BSN-2013

Hi ALL,

I wanted to start this thread for all those who applied and are interested in applying for UM's Accelerated BSN next spring (Jan 2013)!!

Has any one applied or been accepted yet?

Any news on the letters? I have yet to get mine in the mail :sniff:

I havent heard yet anything either. ******* responded to my email yesterday saying decisions could be sent by email or post mail anywhere from October through December. Good luck!!

I got the same email from *******e this morning also. I called the main number yesterday and they told me that a decision was made on Wednesday and I should get a letter in the next week and no later then 2 weeks. She told me that she wasn't allowed to tell me what the decision was over the phone but it looks like I meet the criteria. I'm not too sure what that means but I hope it's good! Good luck everyone!

Yea, I spoke with someone today and they told me that they could not release the results over the phone and I should get information online before I get it by mail. I am so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good luck to you too!

Hi girls! When you are taking with ******* did she asked yours ID ?

She never answering my questions and checked the information about the decision for my number.

Always something general... "the information can be release any time thought Dec"- as for today))). She did't mentioned about decision has been made last Wednesday.

My GPA is 4, and she told me that GPA is main criteria for decision. But she never check my paper...

How you get her email? Good luck to you too!

:yes:I got an e-mail, it is official!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I GOT INTO UM for their accelerated RN Program!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am besides myself and I just paid my enrollment fee!!!!!!!!!! WHOOOOOOOOO WHOOOOOOOOOOO :)

Congratulations to all those admitted! Didn't get an e-mail yet. However, due to the comments on this blog I decided to check my application status, and then I found my admittance letter! Exciting stuff!
