Don't worry alexisb1. Maybe they got more applications now and they are taking longer to review it. If I were you, call the nursing office and ask them when are the next batch of decisions are going to be sent out. They will tell you more or less the week they are going to be sending it. I did that when I was waiting. I know its nerve wracking. Best of luck!

I spoke with admissions yesterday and although I didn't specifically ask when they will be sending out the next round of decisions, they did mention I can expect a decision by the end of the month. It sounded like they were actively reviewing this week. My guess is we may hear something back early next week, but am not sure. I wish I asked for a more specific date, but I got sidetracked with other questions. If you do call, please let us know what they say! :)

I applied last month and called UM today for an update. I was informed that a decision has been made for my application and will be sent out as soon as paper work are completed. Hoping it's good newsí ½í¸ƒ

Hi! I just submitted my application for the Spring ABSN program! Super excited and anxious to hear back. Question- how/when did you get your canelink login? I thought maybe I would get an email after I submitted my application but I didn't. Any help would be appreicated!! Thank you!!

Hi everyone!

Just thought I'd comment since a lot of us have been waiting for an update! I called this morning and was told my decision which was made on the 17th of July (I submitted June 15th). It sounded like I should have received an update before I called today so there could have possibly been an error. But hopefully that will be fixed as she told me to expect an email within the next few days, so I'm assuming a lot of us will get our updates before the end of the month. :-)

Hi, I am working on my last couple pre-reqs and am hoping to apply for admission into the Summer 2018 program. Does anyone know what the acceptance rate is for this program? I am kinda throwing my eggs all into one basket at this point because this is my #1 choice. However, I will seriously begin applying to other programs if this is a hard program to get into. If I get A's in my last two pre-reqs I will have well above a 3.0 for overall GPA, and about a 3.2 for pre-reqs. Has anyone experienced or known anyone to not get accepted? This would help a lot because I am coming from Virginia and I want to know just how realistic this could be for me.

Hello everybody! Hope all your Summer is going well. I found out what textbook my friend used for pharmacology: Pharmacology for nurses by Adams,. M.P., Holland Jr, L.N., Urban C.Q. 4th edition. I saw in the UM bookstore they are selling the 5th edition so I guess they have a new edition now. I hope this helps and some of you can start studying or at least reviewing before the semester starts. It is an expensive book, I would buy an used 4th edition that are cheap, at least until we are sure which book we are going to be using, at Amazon there are some used books for $17.
