University of Florida DNP Fall 2021

Hello there! I just wanted to start this thread to see if there were any people applying to the University of Florida for next fall for their nurse practitioner program? I am applying to the BSN to DNP specialty in Pediatric Acute Care. Anyone know how the current pandemic might affect the application process? Any current students that might want to share their experiences with application process, and the current state of the program? Thank you all in advanced, looking forward to hearing from you all and starting this journey.

I got denied. Just found out. Primary Peds. I don’t really care because I am a Seminole and my whole family are FSU grads. I applied as a back up. FSU is my dream school. I had a high GPA so I am surprised. Oh well. Good luck to all.

I didn't get in. They sent the email today at 1520. Now I have to choose between FSU DNP or USF NP. Congrats to all who go it!

Denied here as well. This was definitely a slow painful death. Wish they would have disappointed sooner ?.

Denied for FNP-ft ? atleast finally now I know and can move on with other plans. I just wish all references and stuff could cross over to other schools applications or next years.
