University of Florida DNP Fall 2021

Hello there! I just wanted to start this thread to see if there were any people applying to the University of Florida for next fall for their nurse practitioner program? I am applying to the BSN to DNP specialty in Pediatric Acute Care. Anyone know how the current pandemic might affect the application process? Any current students that might want to share their experiences with application process, and the current state of the program? Thank you all in advanced, looking forward to hearing from you all and starting this journey.

Just wondering , those of us in the “last batch”... when did you submit app and got verified? I submitted Feb 28th verified March 1st.

I submitted Feb 25th and UF verified March 1st ? Waiting for PT PMHNP

I submitted March 25th originally then NursingCAS messed up my transcripts and although they made it right on their end they ended up not submitting it til March 1 ?.

I submitted February 11 and got verified on February 18.

Where do you see where you got verified and where your essay was viewed ?

I believe that’s on the NursingCAS website, someone correct me if I’m wrong because I didn’t submit a video but I believe that’s where you will look and it’ll also show your application status and it should say verified.

I submitted mine 1/31 and got verified 2/11! I didn’t think I would be in the “last batch” but considering I applied for FT FNP I should have known! Fingers crossed we hear back soon.
