I am considering UOC for their NP program. Has anyone attended there. Have you/were you happy with their program. I would be attending online.
Any other NP schools that you think are good online programs?
If I'm understanding things correctly one must have their NP degree before the end of 2014 or will then require a PhD degree for NP?
Thanks!
Hey everyone! I just wanted to see the time frame of which other students received their denial and or admission letter..I submitted my app for FNP one week ago today and it seems like everyday I am continuously looking for something!! I am so excited yet so nervous at the same time. Also, has any one been denied for the online program? If so, do you know why? Can't wait to hear from everyone!! :heartbeat
Update: I was just accepted to the UC Psych NP program that starts in Jan. 2012! I applied for the autumn session of 2011 but it was full. I am more than happy w/this though. Can't wait to start!!!!
I know this is an old post....but I went to their website and there is no mention of a Psych NP program? Did they stop offering it?
If you just submitted everything to nursingCAS expect in to take at least a few weeks for them to verify it all (however I have heard of people waiting several months too. It took them 4 weeks to process mine). Once they are done on their end they send you an email (or you can look online and monitor the progress) and then you contact your Enrollment Advisor who in turn sends you a link to complete the U of C application. That one literally took 5 min to do and you pay your $65 U of C application fee at the same time.

I applied to a school last year, so all my transcripts were verified already thank goodness. Luckily with WGU, it got verified within a week! You are right, it does take forever to get everything with NursingCAS completed. I left a voicemail with University of Cincinnati yesterday because I still have not received an email and do not have an enrollment advisor. I hate to bug them, but I do not want to miss something and become ineligible or miss a deadline.

Congratulations!!!! I am very happy for you :) I received my letter this past week that I was denied into the FNP program. Oh well, everything happens for a reason. Good luck in your education and I wish you the best.
