University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) MECN 2024

Hello everyone,

I did not see a conversation on UCLA MECN 2024. This is a topic for everyone who has applied to the MECN program for 2024! Good luck everyone, I am getting a little nervous. We should get acceptance letters by mid-February!

So, where you submitted your application, it says "University ID Number (UID)". It should be 9 digits total and I didn't use my email. It just needed the UID and I created both the username and password. But, I'm also not sure if this is my decision or not. It showed me nothing at first when I created the account a couple hours ago, but when I randomly logged in just now, that's when I saw the "Congratulations...". Hope that helps!

I also didn't see anything at first, but I logged in again and I see the Congratulations too..?

Yeah... I'm not sure what this means because it does say to accept or decline your offer and also Fall 2024 Nursing, but I don't know. ?

same I don't want to get up hopes up but really hoping the best for all of us! I wish we knew clearly at this point :,) was mentally preparing for decisions being updated by February

I would say you're in! I was waitlisted and I just created an account and mine isn't promoting me to accept or decline anything! I'm viewing it on mobile (don't have access toy laptop RN) but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't change if I did view it on a desktop!

oh my gosh, I created an account and the portal says congratulations and accept or decline! ? I really hope this is legit ?

Same thing just happened to me. I created the account and saw nothing. Logged out then logged back in and the "Congratulations…” was there. Thank you guys for letting us know about the myUCLA option because my grad application still said "submitted" only. Tears of excitement!

OMG! The same thing happened! It says congratulations ?? I'm really happy! Congratulations to everyone who got accepted.

Congratulations to everyone who has gotten accepted or waitlisted. I saw above that someone has also gotten a "Congratulations" email from Dr. C . Has anyone else received one? I just want to make sure my "Congratulations" on myUCLA portal is correct.

Thank you for sharing that decisions might be available via myucla. My portal did not have a congratulations message but I did have the option to accept or decline my offer with the term Fall 2024 Nursing. I already accepted it. I'm still processing this. I'd say this is the happiest day of my life!!

I have a possible theory? Maybe the first half of acceptances were emailed last night, and the second half will be notified tonight or next week? My last initial is S? But honestly have no clue, I just hope we get confirmation via email soon ?

Yah I went ahead and accepted and received this message "you have accepted your offer of admission. Welcome to UCLA!” . I think I can finally breathe a sigh of relief now. ?
