Hello everyone,

I did not see a conversation on UCLA MECN 2024. This is a topic for everyone who has applied to the MECN program for 2024! Good luck everyone, I am getting a little nervous. We should get acceptance letters by mid-February!

Mine said the same when I first created it. Then it changed to "congratulations" when I came back a bit later. I think like the 4-5 time logging in.

Does anyone know how many people are in here? I logged on to MyUcla too bc I'm an undergraduate student. It says congratulations and the option to accept my offer but it's hard for me to celebrate considering there's no letter. I hope we all did get in but I'm beginning to wonder if it's true? Anyone else feeling anxious? Maybe too good to be true? I have an immense fear LOL

I went on and accepted the offer since I saw someone else had done the same -- I haven't gotten an official email which is a little nerve wracking but it does take you to a page welcoming you to UCLA! I think there may be a delay in updating the portal / sending out acceptance emails?

I'm also feeling pretty anxious and still waiting for a formal decision letter/email to be sent. really hoping the best for all of us ?

My grad application portal just updated with my acceptance letter. I would check if you haven't received an update yet ?

Thanks for letting us know. I just got mine too. Just wanna say again how much I appreciate everyone sharing and updating on this forum. It helped tremendously.

I am on the waitlist and used my UID. I just login in again and everything looks the same. I have no messages asking me to accept or decline an offer. The only thing I see is the ability to enroll for Summer classes.

I think the fact that you're able to create a myUCLA account is a sign in and of itself because only accepted and waitlist students are able to create one! Congrats guys!
