Hi! Just thought I would create a new topic for all of us applying to UCLA's MECN program this year ?

You guys, I cried today thinking that no news was bad news but looks like decisions weren't released at all today....? I am so tightly wound.

Keep your head up! No news yet as of today. Maybe it really won't be until the end of the month.

I tried logging into the application portal and it's not allowing me. Is that happening to anyone else?

Ah I see, I figured it out. It changed my email to my ucla email. Not sure if it's because I work here or what but my app status still says "submitted". The anticipation is almost in unbearable at this point ? LOL

Oh, absolutely! Especially since the years prior they received an update by now. ???‍♀️

Totally agree with you! Just for clarity, no one has received anything right? No rejection, waitlist or acceptance? I just want to make sure the wait is that they haven't released decisions yet. ?

Mmm. Hopefully by the end of the week. But everyone I know that has graduated or in the program said they found out by now ?

Did these people you know hear back for the UCLA MECN program specifically?

Because while other programs may have shared their results, the MECN program operates under different standards.

Yeap. It was MECN specifically, I only know people that have done the MECN. They also informed me that the acceptance emails comes in waves as for time of the day. One got theirs at 8am another around noon.
