Please update us, I'm sure others have the same question.  Good luck, remember it's still early and several ppl will decide to drop out for one reason or another. I was surprised at how many came off the list last year.

Hello Future MECNS,

I am a current MECN just finishing up my first year! I would love to help/mentor any incoming first generation students that need help navigating through a rigorous university like UCLA and an even more intense MECN program. WELCOME bruins get ready!

I just got the official acceptance letter yesterday. Beyond excited!! ?

Hi. I don't know if you'll see my message but I'm part of the 2024 cohort. I have a question regarding the academic calendar. It says the the Winter quarter start date is a Thursday (1/2) but the instructions start date is a Monday (1/6). I have family meetings between these days but was told that I should be ready to come to campus on the quarter start date ( Thursday 1/2). Do you guys really need to be on campus before the instructions start date? I asked several friends and they all said no but they're part of the MECN program.

 

If anyone is currently in or was part of the MECN program can answer this question.. please do 😭😭 thanks so much!
