I had seen a discussion thread last year for students who applied to UCI's MEPN program and I found the comments really helpful. Maybe by connecting we can see when invitations to interview are sent out. ? I did see that UCI was expanding its MEPN program this year which is exciting!

I got an invite for an interview, but I got a final notice that I didn't accept it. How do I accept it? I'm so nervous to click the link, this is my first time getting like this?
I was worried that something like that would occur, so what I did was click the link on the email that was sent. I just went through the instructional videos and then exited. I was able to go back the next day, repeat the same steps but continued to the actual interview when I was ready.

Thank you so much! So, as long as I enter my email address, is it considered accepted? I'm not even quite ready for the practice run yet. I will be doing the interview tomorrow.
I think as long as you click on the "View and Accept Invitation" link that was sent in the second email it should be OK? But again, if you want just go through the instructional video. It just shows you how the program works. You don't have to do the practice interview. I did the practice one right before the actual interview

Thank you so much. I appreciate the response! I feel less anxiety about the interview. In hindsight, I probably should have done it sooner, but I misjudged and thought just clicking the link would mark me accepting it rather than having to enter anything. Glad I asked before it was completely denied.
I absolutely tanked my interview?Probably broke the world record for more "umm's" in a 1 minute. LOL WELP . The deadline for second round of admissions to complete their video is on the 10th.... So hopefully we all get out responses soon.
Just finished my interview. I don't think it went as well as I wanted it to because I stuttered so much. Whatever the outcome the experience was positive, so I will learn in the future (this is my first nursing school interview ever in my life). Good luck to everyone. I hope we hear back soon.
Hey y'all! If I have one piece of advice- apply for the Diversity fellowship even if you think you didn't do well on the interview!! I thought I did horribly on my interview/ruined my chances and didn't do the diversity fellowship due to that, and then got accepted- now it's too late for me too so it! Have hope and apply ?

I would also like to know where I can find this. Do they have a particular Diversity fellowship for this program? There are lots of different choices on their website.
I just completed the interview. I will say that that was interesting panel of questions. I hope my answers align with their goals. I did not feel bad about the interview. Hope we all receive answers soon. Does anyone know how long it'll take to get a response?
Dang, just checked and yes I think the diversity fellowship app was only for the first wave ?But for those who didn't feel like they did well on the interview- chances are not all gone, they weigh on other factors of your app as well. Good luck y'all!
