Hello, I’m applying for the U of C degrees holder route for January 2020. Just want to say hi to other applicants. I applied on July 2nd and have not got any update on my application.

Hello,

I am hoping someone who is currently in or has taken the degree holders route could give me some insight into the program. I received an admission offer for Jan 2020 start today but am torn on whether to accept as I will be a first time mom to a 4 month old when the program starts.

Would anyone be able to give me an idea of a weekly schedule for classes and clinical? Are there any mothers with small babies at home currently doing this program?

Any help and advice would be immensely appreciated!

Hi! Congrats on getting accepted. Feel free to email me with your [email protected] and I can send a copy of a template schedule for this winter. My daughter is 2 and we are moving from the Okanagan and so are trying to sort out a daycare situation that will fit timing wise. I understand somewhat what you’re going through!

Hi Goalie, congrats on your admission. You are not alone in this journey. I'm a mum of 3 young kids: 6, 4 and 15 months. I'm starting by January 2020 as well. Accept your offer and start making plans on daycare.

Hey, got rejected this morning with a 3.44 GPA. I am a transfer student. So if anyone has a gpa less than me and is tired of waiting, sorry to be the bearer of bad news

Yeah got yesterday. Well they already said waitlist ll be deactivated dec 15. So when I didn't hear any news last week I knew nothing positive is coming
