Hello, I’m applying for the U of C degrees holder route for January 2020. Just want to say hi to other applicants. I applied on July 2nd and have not got any update on my application.

Also applying for Degree-holder route! Sent in my application last week and waiting for them to receive my transcripts now.

I am looking at applying for January 2020 and i am currently doing the english course. However, please what should i expect in the final exam for the english course? Also, i am thinking of attaching my course outline so I won't do statistics and Art courses, what do you suggest i do so as to have an idea of what my GPA would be?

In my experience my English exams were essays based on given prompts, would definitely depend on your specific course though

I applied first week in July and I haven’t heard anything. My profile hasn’t been updated too

I sent mine on 5th, no update yet.

Hello does anyone know how UofC calculate CGPA? Is it similar to WES calculation?

Does anyone know how the gpa is calculated? If I took the prerequisites as some of my 5 most recent courses are they used twice? Or do they take the most recent ones that AREN'T included in the prereqs? Any help would be much appreciated!

The prerequisites will be calculated along side 5 most recent course from your previous undergraduate course. The prerequisites are calculated once. So a total of 10 courses makes up the admission CGPA. Hope this helps
