I called yesterday nothing is happening with waitlist.

Do they tell you if there are any seat left or if they add any seats?

I know right. No he didn't say.

I received this email today from Nursing office talking about the orientation on 9th January. They mentioned admission package in the email, is it different than the acceptance letter we received earlier? Has anyone recieved this admission package yet?

I received one email from nursing faculty titled Winter 2020: welcome to nursing. It lists all the required documents we need to submit before class begins. I think this is the admission package mentioned in the email. I don’t receive anything other than this email.

Okay that makes sense then. I thought when they said admission package, something will come in mail, but I think they stopped doing that. Thank you!

Hey I asked her today in person, they DID add more seats. They added 5. In terms of which group gets them depends on gpa. She said external transfers got most of the offers because their gap’s are higher due to the fact they don’t have many seats. The offers that get declined and especially during this time they usually offer them to internal transfers because they have a better chance of accepting them. Degree holders is tricky because since they graduate early, seats are often tight knit.

That's great. They usually give different answers I don't why. I didn't get offer. Let me still stay hopeful

I ONLY go to the admissions officer that sends out the acceptance letters because all the other ones are basically no help. There’s a new advisor and she gives false information lol. Not to be mean or anything but only one of them actually knows what she’s talking about. I avoid the others at all cost. She said if you haven’t heard anything yet that means you’re still on the waitlist.

Good morning fellow Nursing students. I've been a long time lurker and finally decided to say hi to everyone. Also, for those of you who have yet to get your immunizations updated, you can go to your family doctor as well. I noticed that the Wellness Center is super busy (I was told the next opening was in December when I called for an appointment earlier this month). When I emailed the person in charge of the immunization stuff, she told me I could go to my family doctor (assuming that the clinic offered all the vaccinations that I needed). I hope that helps some of you as I know I assumed the only place I could go to was the Wellness Center. Looking forward to meeting you guys in January!

So I just went on my uofc to check tuition fees and I noticed that my admission status went back to tentative admission (yellow mark). Has this happened for anyone else? I haven't recieved any email about it and I can't call them today because I think the office is closed. This is giving me major anxiety, can some one please explain what's happening?
