University of Calgary Fall 2021 Transfer

Hello, I wanted to start the Fall 2021 admission process thread. I applied end of October and I'm having my application evaluated now. After speaking to admissions they said the competitive GPA for early admission is 3.7-3.9. I think by now it's common knowledge that unfortunately, they have about 25 transfer seats available and over 1000 applicants (for high school and transfer I'm assuming, I'm praying because that would be ridiculous). Hoping to connect with others in the same boat, transferring from other schools or U of C itself.

I just received the acceptance email! There's still hope for those who are on the waitlist!

Congrats!! What’s your GPA btw? And what time did you get the acceptance email? I have 3.84 and still waitlisted LOL

Oh and I got the email at 4:06pm

I just received the acceptance email this morning! Good luck to all others on the waitlist still, that means there is still hope!!

Thanks! Look forward to seeing everyone also! I wonder if they’ll update classes to be in person as they’re still showing as web-based.
