heyyyyy! Who all is applying to University of Arizona DNP CRNA this cycle? Any current students have thoughts about the hybrid format and traveling clinical sites? I heard the faculty is wonderful! 

Thank you!! I get so nervous, I start speaking too fast sometimes.. I do mock interviews and do well but when it comes to it, I get more nervous. These next ones are via zoom so I hope they’re a bit easier on my end.

I only applied to 2 schools so far this year. I did 4 last year and got waitlisted at 2 and denied at the other 2. Good luck on your upcoming interviews!

You’re coming in with strong interview experience that’s awesome! I applied to 5, have heard from two-two interviews coming up. I have a year of staff CVSICU and a year of crisis travel/CVICU. Excited for the interview cycle!

I just received an email from the university saying that they will send out invitations for interview at the end October.

I received the same email today as well! I am happy to finally start getting some responses from places. I really need to get in this round or next year due to the limit of my pre-req classes expiring by 2023. =(. 

 

I have 2 years of MICU/SICU staff RN, 1 year crisis travel ICU RN, 5 years total as a RN in January. SMH on how fast time flies. I wish us all luck! I recently took the GRE since some schools are requiring it still and it sucks! LOL. I took it at home, which was really nice, but when the test was done and the scores shown were completely different than the final reported. Unless I just read the scores so quickly and might of seen something else. Anyways, long rant done. haha. Good luck to all of us!!

Nice you have awesome experience! Wishing us all luck. I wonder if they’ll take more than 10 this year—every school I’ve seen the number of applicants is at an all time high
