Hi everyone. I wanted to make a thread for pre-nursing students applying to the Fall 2021 BSN program at the University of North Georgia. I would love to compare our stats and wait out the decision process together.
My stats GPA:3.7 and HESI: 90.50
Good Luck Everyone!

I literally cannot believe it. Somebody pinch me.
Great job to everybody that got accepted, and to those who haven't been accepted yet- you're time will come! Try again next semester, and know that you are good enough and you are worthy. Sometimes the cards just fall a different way when it comes to admissions.
For those who are second degree students, if you didn't graduate from a Georgia school, how are you getting your Georgia history credit thing that is required? Do they offer Summer classes for it? Thanks!
I am taking American Government to fulfill my Georgia History requirement. I'd honestly email NEST or your advisor.

NEST is Nighthawk Engagement and Student Transitions. It's who I dealt with when transfer into UNG, in addition to my advisor.
I'm currently taking AM. Government. I looked up Summer availability and there are a lot of sections, mostly online.
Does anybody know what the schedule is for the Nursing program? Like, what are the dates for starting, breaks, etc. Do they just follow the normal UNG undergrad schedule, or do they have their own schedule?
Also, how do the summers work? Are there clinicals or classes, or is it a traditional Summer break?
Thanks!
There are two ways to create a special area for your cohort, that are Terms-of-Service approved.
One is to create a facebook page. This link is allowed to be posted.
The other is to create a "Club" within the site, by clicking on the Breakroom link (upper left-hand corner, in the yellow bar) and in the green area, click Start a Breakroom Club.
Any other references or links posted are not TOS-approved, and will be removed.
We wish you success in your Nursing program!
