UNF Summer 2014 BSN hopefuls

Hi everyone!

With the deadline only a little over a month away, I figured we all need a place to stress, hope and worry! I just took my first stab at the TEAS and hit the average score of the past few years (335). I have a 3.9 GPA. One pre-req left. Applying for ABSN. I'm scheduled for a second TEAS attempt next month. How is everyone else doing? Drooling over stats as much as I am?? Any interview preparation plans?

I received a call yesterday and accepted the seat! I am not sure what number I was on the wait list but I'm assuming I was pretty high since it came so fast. I'm sure people haven't finished RSVPing and are waiting to hear from other schools before declining/accepting their seat.

OMG! YAY!! Congratulations!! Happy to know she has started the calling. So happy for you. I suppose I should go ahead and apply for fall. :)

Omg! You got in!!!! That's awesome!! FSU is NOT EASY to get into! You go!!

This time around I only applied to UNF, knowing that if I didn't get in, I'd apply to 4 schools in the fall. :) always a plan B!

I know, you are right! I was not holding my breath for FSU because I have heard how hard it is to get in to there. I'm so shocked, and thrilled!

Where are you thinking about for the Fall? You're still holding out for a RPL seat too aren't you?

UF, JU, UNF and FSCJ for the fall. And yes! I've always been open to RPL. Just because the pace sounds less stressful. The idea of getting everything done and over with in a year sounds great! But at the same time, I'd be happy to slow down and enjoy the ride occasionally lol

i almost applied there but it was the only school that required the GRE. That's the reason I didn't. I hope you get one of them!

Didn't get accepted by UNF, but FSU's accelerated program accepted me! I wish the best of luck to you all, may the odds be ever in your favor during nursing school. And nerdy rant end. Lol

Anyone else get a wait-list call? Whether you accepted it or not?

I'm curious how many haven't RSVP'd yet since I know a few schools (UCF, for example) haven't released their decisions yet. I'd be pulling my hair out if I were you guys!!!
