UNF Summer 2014 BSN hopefuls

Hi everyone!

With the deadline only a little over a month away, I figured we all need a place to stress, hope and worry! I just took my first stab at the TEAS and hit the average score of the past few years (335). I have a 3.9 GPA. One pre-req left. Applying for ABSN. I'm scheduled for a second TEAS attempt next month. How is everyone else doing? Drooling over stats as much as I am?? Any interview preparation plans?

Anyone else get a wait-list call? Whether you accepted it or not?

I'm curious how many haven't RSVP'd yet since I know a few schools (UCF, for example) haven't released their decisions yet. I'd be pulling my hair out if I were you guys!!!

See, I think that puts you in such a tough spot. I just posted in the UCF thread because I saw you guys are still waiting!! I think it kinda leaves you no choice but to accept UNF pretty much pending decision from UCF!

Think you're right - plenty of folks are just waiting (well within their right!) on decisions from other schools or trying to make the right decision.

Best of luck!! A part of me selfishly wants you to pick UNF so that I can meet you one day! ha ha.

Haha ya I saw that and was like waitttt I know you haha! :) it definitely puts us in a hard spot and it really stinks. If I didn't live in orlando and have a house and husband here, I'd go to UNF hands down. It's just those pieces that complicate things :/ I'm still leaning towards UNF because my husband and I both think that the experience will be amazing and we were both so impressed with the school as well as the faculty and students (everyone was so nice and sharp!) I was hoping to get an answer just to make the most informed decision possible, but it doesn't seem like that is going to happen. I'm a big believer in God leading me and showing me where I'm supposed to be (and that's what it has felt like the whole time with UNF) and it certainly feels that way right now. I do hope we get the chance to meet soon, too :) thank you for all the advice and input :)
