Hello all,
Just wanted to see if I can find other Fall 2016 BSN hopefuls that applied to UNF or/and JU. I have already had an interview at JU in April, but will not find out till June 10. The wait is killing me. UNF is my first choice though.

I just saw/came across this post. I went back and forth on applying to JU as well UNF and UF, but on top of classes and home-life, the JU deadline came and went without me submitting my application.

I applied to both JU as well as UNF, interviewed for JU on April 7th and have an interview for UNF in June, have you heard anything from JU since your interview?
Nothing yet, they are going to send emails on June 10. I had my interview at JU on April 6. This wait is killing me!What time is your UNF interview? Mine is at 8:30
The wait is the worst! Especially cause I haven't received anything at all from then since interviewing! My interview is at 10:30 for UNF. Is this your first time applying to both?
Yes,first time for both. What about you? I am still finishing a couple of prerequisits this summer at FSCJ. The only communication I had with JU after the interview is my request to add my updated transcript when my spring grades posted.
I interviewed with UNF in the Spring and didn't make it, this is my first time with JU though! And same, other than that I haven't heard anything which makes the wait worse
What questions did they ask at the interview at UNF? Is it similar to the ones they said asked at JU?
The questions I remember from UNF were
1. What is one thing that is not on your transcript that you believe could help you in nursing?
2. What kind of nurse would you want to have?
3. Tell us about a time where you had to use your integrity
and I think the last question had to do with what qualities you would elicit as a nurse!
I definitely felt like JU had broader questions and a more relaxed feel and UNF was more nerve wracking but that could be just because I hadn't gone through an interview before and was more prepared by the time I went to JU

Questions sound very specific! I am going to the interview workshop at UNF next weekend, hopefully it helps getting ready for the interview. By that time we should know if we were accepted to JU.
For sure! The workshop is helpful, all of the students are so nice and answer all of your questions so it's good. You said JU is June 10th right?
Yes, we are getting close. I feel like I did not do great on the essay part at JU interview, oh well.
