UNC-CH BSN May 2017

Hey! Anyone else on these forums that are awaiting a decision letter from Chapel Hill for their BSN program starting in May? I was waitlisted for last years program so I am cautiously optimistic on my chances. I was surprised that there hadn't been a forum started for this years program. It's getting down to the wire now and I am beginning to count the days!

I just called the nursing school, and they haven't mailed out the letters yet... Ugh!

Really?! I called them they other day and he said they mailed the letters on the 7th!

What the heck ??? They told you they already mailed them out? They told me they haven't mailed them yet??! That is so bizarre.

I'm much happier with the answer they gave you! I'm about 2.5 hours away from UNC, so I wonder if there's a possibility I get my letter today?

I live 45 minutes from Chapel Hill and I did not receive any mail today! My mail came about an hour ago! :(

Does anyone know when we will be able to see decisions on ConnectCarolina?

I live close to Chapel Hill, and the mail just came...still no letter. Did they say that they sent all of the letters out at the same time? I highly doubt they sent my letter out on the 7th because it should have gotten to me by today at the latest.

I live an hour away and didn't get anything in the mail today. I would've assumed that if they were mailed on the 7th I would've gotten mine today. I think I have read on these forums from previous years that they send them out in waves. So maybe there is some truth to that.

So maybe that's why they told me they haven't sent them out yet? Because they send them in waves? And I don't think a decision will show up on Connect Carolina until after we receive our letters.
