Has anyone been accepted from this school from an unaccredited nursing program? I wanted to know my chances of getting in. I do hold a RN license.

You will have to contact WGU for the answer

Specializes in Case mgmt., rehab, (CRRN), LTC & psych.

I was admitted to WGU's RN-to-BSN program after having graduated from a trade school LPN-to-ASN bridge program that lacked both regional accreditation and the NLNAC/ACEN accreditation.

So, basically it was unaccredited as well? How long ago was this?

I enrolled in WGU's RN-to-BSN program in May 2014 and completed it in March 2015. Below is a list of other programs that may accept you:

I have a coworker who did her unaccredited ASN program in KY and WGU didn't accept her degree either. I'm going to pass this list on. Thanks!

Holding an RN license is an automatic 60 credits. I think the problem may be which courses will be accepted if any at all.
