Hello everyone!

As far as I can tell, no one has started a thread for the BSN-DNP program for this coming fall.

So to all my fellow applicants, is anyone else compulsively checking SURFS despite the fact that the deadline to submit applications was just last week? lol

Also, does anyone know if an interview is guaranteed if you meet the minimum requirements?

Exactly the same for me. FNP and interviewed on Wednesday. One of my colleagues currently in the acute care NP program said she she had interviewed last year on a Tuesday and heard back by Friday. It looks like other people in the Fall 2015 thread on here also heard back in a week or so. Here's to hoping

Out of curiosity, did anyone bring their resume/other support material with them to the interview?

Psychedrn3 - do you know from any of your collegues what to expect from the interview tmrw? (I can't believe it's tmrw :/)

I did bring copies of my resume and personal statement just in case. They were not requested for though.

She said it's like a basic interview and they make you feel relax. What time is your interview?

My interview is @ 1:30. I know that it's in front of a panel of the psychiatric instructors and I believe one person from the admission's office, but I don't know anything outside of that. I'm glad to hear that the interview should have a relaxed tone. This whole process has been so stressful that I will be ecstatic just to have the application process complete.

How did your interviews go? I am sure you are glad they are over! Welcome to the other side...the waiting game is like torture! I am doing all kinds of busy work to prevent myself from obsessing about hearing back

I think it went well but you never know. They told we wouldn't hear back until the end of February. I am going to die. Lol. But I am happy it is over.

I am glad it went well for you! The wait continues...I calculated wait times for applicants from fall 2015 on this board and it looks like the longest wait was about 2 weeks and a few days. Hopefully they haven"t made any drastic changes and they will let us know within 2-3 weeks!

Nope! We still have a long wait, I know they still are conducting interviews this week and next week.
