UMSON DNP Fall 2017

Hi all,

I have applied to the UMSON DNP FNP program for the fall 2017. My application has been submitted since November 1st. My status as of right now says "committee ready." I am feeling pretty anxious about it :nailbiting: and was wondering if anyone else out there is in the same boat. Feel free to chime in with anything, I'm sure we can all support each other through this!

No i have notheard back yet and its been driving me crazy. The more time that passes with no answer makes me feel like Im just going to get rejected. Ughhhh.

I emailed the course director Friday asking for an update and havent heard back. Heres hoping that when we do hear back its good news. The anxiety of waiting is killing me!

Omg!!! I got in!

i just checked my status online, "provisional admit". not rejected, not waitlisted, not "you suck at life, stop applying here" but admit!!!

Just waiting for the phone call or email to make it even more real.

I was so deflated last last year when I didn't get in. This feels so unreal. Congrats to everyone else who got in and good luck to those still waiting!!!!

Yes. At 8am I checked and was still committee ready. At 11 it changed to "decision made- Provisional Admit".

Im still waiting for the phone call or email. It still doesn't feel real!

Yes. I need to send a transcript with my pathophys final grade I took as CWO but the medical center hasnt paid my tuition for fall '16 yet so theres a hold on my account.

Officially got the "denied" message post this morning! Best of luck to all those who got in and those still waiting for an answer. Sounds like its time to wait for other applications or plan on CWO.

I am still waiting to hear something. I'll take anything right now. I applied for FNP program in Bmore. I had my interview on January 9th. My SURFs still says Committee Ready. I honestly think admissions lost my application.

Still waiting for my status to change too, I applied for the AGACNP Program, interviewed Jan 12. My thought process is they haven't decided whether they want to accept me or deny me at this point or they've forgotten about me (which isn't likely but still a thought). It's torture waiting.

Nothing.... No change still :/ I hope to know next week sometime, I might call them and see what's going on. How about you?

Nothing on my end either. I called last week and they said they hoped to have decisions out by the 17th. My husband called for me yesterday while I was at work and he said he waited 20 minutes and was sent to voicemail.
